After successful magnum opus 'KGF:Chapter 1', director Prashanth Neel returns again with high-octane action drama 'KGF:Chapter 2' which is set the tone for a slick gangster franchise-high on style and details. The first part was all about establishing the intentions and power of Raja Krishnappa Bairya aka Rocky Bhai. The second part has managed to generate hype with its promotional content that gives a peek into the movie.

About the story, Raja Krishnappa Bairya aka Rocky Bhai has become the ruler of KGF after killing Garuda. But as he decides to own the world, he finds big foes in the form of Adheera and Ramika Sen. Does he still get his 'duniya'?

Director Prashanth Neel's story is again excellent with screenplay of KGF-Chapter 2. Despite such a vast plot and numerous characters, his writing flows easily. The Hindi dialogues are very influential and further increase the commercial appeal of the movie. Prashanth Neel's direction is praiseworthy. He executes his plan in efficient manner to make film’s plot eye-catching and thrilling. He deserves praise for this.

About the performances, Yash’s high-octane performances is remarkable. His style and his swag are supreme. Sanjay Dutt is appropriate for the role. Raveena Tandon’s act is notable and leaves a tremendous mark, despite entering late in the narrative. Srinidhi Shetty (Reena) looks beautiful and delivers a notable performance. Ayyappa P Sharma underplays his part well. Prakash Raj (Vijayendra) is dependable as always. Achyuth Kumar, B S Avinash, Lakki Lakshman, Dinesh Mangaluru and Balakrishna are OK with their respective performances. Archana Jois (Rocky's mother) is loveable with her important track. Govinde Gowda is quite nice as the peon. Malavika Avinash (Deepa Hegde; journalist) is convincing. Rao Ramesh (Raghavan; CBI officer) is noteworthy.

Ravi Basrur's music is histrionic and gives goosebumps. 'Toofan' is energetic track. Visually too, it works big time. 'Sulthan' is in the same zone as 'Rocky Bhai'. 'Falak Tu Garaj Tu' is okay. Ravi Basrur's background score is fairly good. Bhuvan Gowda's cinematography is admirable. Shivakumar's production design is quite creative. Anbariv's action is one of the highlights of the movie. Unifi Media's VFX is great. Sania Sardhariya's costumes for Yash are quite trendy while Navin Shetty's costumes for Sanjay Dutt are exclusive and novel. Ujwal Kulkarni's editing is remarkable.

In general, KGF - CHAPTER 2 is a mass entertainer with heavy-duty stunts, dialogues and praiseworthy performances.
